Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little bit of water each time until the consistency for you.
Recipe Note
Beetroot Hummus
Add 250g pickled beetroot. Repeat the above process. For an added extra, replace the water with almond milk.
Red pepper Hummus
Roast 2 red peppers with the garlic. Then repeat the above process.
Mint & Pea Hummus
Add 250g peas and a large handful of mint leaves and repeat the process.
Chocolate Hummus
Add chickpeas, salt and olive oil to:
45g cocoa powder, 100g caster sugar, 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix well and add water until the right consistency.
