50g Coconut Oil
50g Caster Sugar
150g Popping Corn
30g Desiccated Coconut
Heat the coconut oil in a lidded saucepan over a medium heat with 2 or 3 of the popcorn kernels.
Once the kernels pop add the sugar to the oil, mix quickly, then add the rest of the popping corn.
Gently shake the saucepan whilst the kernels cook and pop to stop the bottom layer burning. Don’t forget to keep the lid on!
Once the popcorn has all popped, empty into a bowl and sprinkle over the desiccated coconut, give it a little mix and eat.
