Organic Buckwheat Groats


Organic buckwheat groats* are very versatile. You can use them to prepare a warming gluten free porridge, or add them to soups, stews, and salads for some extra texture and nutrients.


*Do not eat uncooked buckwheat


Rinse with cold water. 


Place in a saucepan with 275ml per 40g of buckwheat. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 mins, until tender. 


Drain thoroughly, rinse and use as required. Approx 40g (dried) per portion.
