Soak overnight with plenty of cold water. |
Cook: |
Place in a saucepan with plenty of water, bring to the boil for 10 mins. Reduce heat and simmer for 90-120 mins, until tender. |
Serve: |
Drain thoroughly, rinse and use as required. Approx 37g (dried) per portion. |
