Organic mung beans are fantastic for adding to casseroles, soups, stews, curries, and salads.

 

Prep:

Rinse with water. 

Cook:

Place in a saucepan with plenty of water, bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 mins, until tender. 

Serve:

Drain thoroughly, rinse and use as required. Approx 30g (dried) per portion.
