Organic Pearl Barley


Organic pearl barley* is perfect for adding to comforting soups, stews, and risottos.

*Do not eat uncooked pearl barley


Rinse with cold water. 


Place in a saucepan with plenty of water. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer for 75 mins, or until tender. 


Drain thoroughly, rinse and use as required. Approx 21g (dried) per portion.
