Organic Red Split Lentils


Organic Red Split Lentils* are a fabulous source of plant-based protein and are quick to cook. Great for making tasty lentil soups, curries, and pasta dishes.

*Do not eat uncooked lentils


Soak overnight with plenty of cold water. 


Place in a saucepan with plenty of water, bring to the boil for 10 mins. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 mins, until tender. 


Drain thoroughly, rinse and use as required. Approx 34g (dried) per portion.
