Organic white quinoa* can be eaten either hot or cold. Quinoa goes really well with slow-cooked vegetable tagines, and is great for making filling salads and Buddha bowls.
*Do not eat uncooked quinoa

Rinse several times under cold water. |
Cook: |
Place in a saucepan with 200ml of water per 40g of quinoa. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15-18 mins, until tender and all water is absorbed. |
Serve: |
Use as required. Approx 40g (dried) per portion. |
