Organic wholemeal couscous is tasty eaten hot or cold and contains more fibre and nutrients than white couscous. It is really quick to cook, which makes it ideal for healthy lunches.

Prep:

No prep needed!

Cook:

Place in a bowl and add 50ml of boiling water per 36g of couscous. Stir, cover and leave to stand for 5 mins. 

Serve:

Fluff with a fork and use as required. Approx 36g (dried) per portion.
